Fast Notes:
Feel free to enjoy as much water as you want. Add freshly squeezed lemon for flavor.
You can have a glass of almond or coconut milk if you feel like you need it.
Heavy exercise is not recommended. Light exercise like walking and jogging is okay.
If hunger becomes overwhelming, have a cup of vegetable, chicken, or beef broth.
Digestive tract abnormalities or a change in energy levels are normal as your body adjusts.

We currently ship to the states listed below via 1-2 day delivery. Depending on the order date and destination, your package may be held for shipment until the following week to ensure it arrives on time. Sunday and Monday deliveries are not available, and we do not offer service to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
Orders are processed the same day if received before 2PM ET.

Orders are shipped in an insulated cooler with gel packs to keep it cold. While you do not have to be present for delivery, we do recommend it be opened as soon as possible and placed in the refrigerator to maintain quality and freshness.
