The 1/2 day cleanse is an easy way to trial and get on the "program." It is enough to do half a day on an all raw, liquid fast or just implement periodically throughout your day to ensure confidence in acquiring true and authentic nutrient intake. Start your morning off with the apple lemon & ginger. Two hours later, drink our super dense SWEETS GREENS juice, containing pear, cucumber, kale, collards, orange, chard, lemon, & mint. Two hours after that, drink the beet/carrot/apple/ginger and receive a "rush" of youth-giving nitric oxide into your bloodstream. We suggest you finish off the day by eating some truly whole, plant-based food, such as raw salads or properly steamed vegetables (or both). Drink as much filtered water as you can and try to rest as much as you can. It will make for quite the healthy day!
